1. Sponsor

The "FCHQ Quests" promotional campaign ("Quest") is sponsored by Metavision, Incorporated doing business as FCHQ ("Sponsor"). FCHQ is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Epic Games or Fortnite.

2. Eligibility

The Quest is open to individuals who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry. Participants between the ages of 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. The Quest is open to residents of jurisdictions where such promotions are legal and not prohibited or restricted by law. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

Each Quest has its own defined Promotion Period, ranging from 24 hours to 2 weeks. Specific start and end dates for each Quest will be provided within the Fortnite Companion app ("App") and on the FCHQ website at fchq.io.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To participate:

• Download and install the Fortnite Companion app on your PC.
• Open and run the App concurrently while playing Fortnite.
• Log in to the App, verify your account, and enroll in the Quest.
• Complete the specified Challenges within the Quest to earn Entries.

Participants must have the App open and running, be logged in, verified, and enrolled in the Quest for challenge tracking to occur. There are no alternative methods of entry.

5. Challenges and Entries

• Each Quest consists of multiple Challenges.
• Each Challenge has specific tasks to be completed within Fortnite Creative experiences.
• Completing Challenges earns participants a designated number of Entries.
• Each Challenge can be completed a specific number of times as outlined in the Quest details.
• The more Entries a participant accumulates, the higher their chances of winning a Prize.

6. Prizes

Prizes for each Quest are specified within the Quest details and may include Fortnite V-Bucks Gift Cards of varying quantities. Prizes have a defined monetary value. Participants are responsible for any taxes associated with the Prizes.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners are selected at random after the Quest concludes:

• The selection process begins with the highest value Prize.
• Winners are drawn randomly, weighted by the number of Entries each participant holds.
• Once a participant wins a Prize, they are removed from the pool for subsequent Prize draws within the same Quest.
• The process repeats for all Prizes in descending order of value.

Winners will be notified via email within a reasonable time after the Quest ends. Participants have two (2) weeks from the end of the Quest to claim their Prize through the App. Failure to claim the Prize within this period will result in forfeiture.

8. Claiming Prizes

Upon notification:

• Winners must log into the App to claim their Prize within two (2) weeks from the end of the Quest, or the Prize will be forfeited. After claiming your prize, FCHQ will process your claim within 5 business days, though usually prizes will be processed within 24-48 hours.
• Choose between receiving the V-Bucks redemption code or an equivalent payment when available.
• If opting for an equivalent payment, the participant assumes all associated fees.

9. Privacy and Data Use

By participating, you agree to FCHQ's Privacy Policy available at fchq.io/privacy

• Campaign Managers may access pseudonymized data (e.g., randomly generated identifiers linked to in-game actions) to verify Quest integrity.
• No personally identifiable information will be shared with third parties without consent.
• FCHQ may use aggregated gameplay data for analytical and promotional purposes.

10. Cheating and Disqualification

Participants are expected to play fairly:

• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game glitches is prohibited.
• FCHQ reserves the right to remove Entries, nullify winnings, and ban participants from future Quests if cheating is suspected or confirmed.
• Decisions regarding disqualification are at FCHQ's sole discretion and are final.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:

• Participation in the Quest.
• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.

12. Force Majeure

FCHQ reserves the right to modify the start or end date of any Quest, including active and upcoming Quests. FCHQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Quest in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Infection by computer virus.
• Bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention.
• Fraud, technical failures.
• Any other causes beyond the control of FCHQ.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable federal laws of the United States.

• Any disputes arising out of or connected with this promotion will be resolved individually without resort to class action.
• Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Oregon to resolve any legal matters arising from the Official Rules or participation in the Quest.

14. General Conditions

• FCHQ reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Quest.
• Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Quest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
• FCHQ's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15. Tax Obligations

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any Prize. FCHQ may require winners to complete and submit all necessary tax forms.

16. Affiliation Disclaimer

The Quest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Epic Games, Fortnite, or any other third-party platforms. All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are property of their respective owners.

17. Void Where Prohibited

This promotion is void where prohibited by law. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they are legally eligible to participate under their country's laws.

18. Acceptance of Official Rules

By participating in the Quest, participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of FCHQ, which are final and binding.
